Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened, used, or customized medical supplies (including but not limited to wound care, compression garments, and personal hygiene products) cannot be returned unless they are defective or were shipped in error.
Returnable Items: Unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange for a free return shipping label and promptly send out a replacement.

Non-Prescription Items: Many of our products, such as basic wound care supplies, certain mobility aids (canes, walkers), and over-the-counter health items, can be purchased directly without a doctor's note.

Prescription Items: Items designated as Durable Medical Equipment (DME), certain high-level bracing, and specific supplies that require clinical oversight (like oxygen concentrators or certain CPAP components) do require a valid prescription from a licensed physician.

As an authorized dealer, Blubrook Medicals fully honors the manufacturer's warranty on all covered durable medical equipment (DME).

Warranty Claim Process: If your equipment requires service or repair under warranty, please contact our support team first. We will act as your intermediary with the manufacturer, guide you through the required steps, and coordinate the repair or replacement process quickly and efficiently to minimize your downtime.
Repairs: For non-warranty repairs, we can often facilitate contact with the manufacturer’s authorized repair centers to ensure your quality equipment is serviced correctly.
